Globelink Ningbo's Mid-Year Management Meeting and Teambuilding Event

Globelink Ningbo held their mid-year mangement meeting and teambuilding on 31 August 2024 with the theme "Unity & Collaboration" (求同存异、携手同行). The event started with the management meeting in the morning led by Ms. Lisa Zhang Qun, General Manager, with more than 70 staff participating.

Representatives from various departments presented their mid-year reports and reviewed the performance from the previous year. The meeting provided a platform for department heads to discuss key areas such as business development, industry and market analysis, and personnel management, while also strategizing for the rest of 2024. During the session, goals were set and action plans were outlined to guide efforts for the upcoming months.

General Manager, Ms. Lisa Zhang Qun, concluded the management meeting by offering praise and encouragement to all the presenters. She revisited the event's theme, emphasizing the importance of recognizing differences while striving for harmony in diversity, with a focus on "Unity and Collaboration."

In the afternoon, the remaining employees joined for team-building activities. An "Around the World Challenge" was organized, where participants were divided into 8 teams and tasked with completing challenges at 5 different stations, each themed after a different country. The team-building session was both fun and challenging, designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and cohesion among the employees.
