The new office will be led by a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience in the freight and logistics business, who are committed to providing a customer-oriented approach to achieve a seamless supply chain. Globelink Tianjin’s latest ranking by CIFA 🏆

Globelink Tianjin has once again been recognized in the latest award rankings released by the China International Freight Forwarding Association (CIFA) for year 2024. This annual ranking is compiled using publicly available data from China’s freight forwarding and logistics industry, measured by overall revenue.

For the 2024 performance year, Globelink Tianjin achieved the following positions:

• #37 in the Sea Freight category (maintaining the same ranking as 2023)
• #63 overall in China (previously #59 in 2023)

We are delighted to reaffirm our standing as one of the Top 100 forwarders in China across both categories.

Strengthening Bonds and Core Values at
Globelink Malaysia’s Team Building Retreat

Globelink Malaysia recently came together for a 3-day team building retreat from 30 August to 1 September 2025 at the Pacific Regency Beach Resort in Port Dickson. With 130 participants in attendance, the retreat was filled with energy, learning, and camaraderie as the team engaged in activities designed to strengthen teamwork, foster collaboration, and inspire new ways of working together through Globelink Group’s core values.

With multiple branches across Malaysia, colleagues often connect mainly through emails and calls, with limited chances to meet in person. This retreat provided a rare and meaningful chance for team members from different locations to gather under one roof, build personal connections, and strengthen relationships beyond the digital workspace.

Building on the company’s core values, the retreat featured a diverse lineup of activities including icebreakers, problem-solving challenges, outdoor adventures, creative projects, and wellness activities. Speed networking and fun fact sharing set a lively tone allowing everyone to get to know each other better, while escape rooms and scavenger hunts encouraged collaboration under pressure. An Amazing Race–style challenge brought energy, creative sessions showcased teamwork and ideas, and wellness activities—from Zumba to sharing circles—built trust and cross-office connections. It was a truly well-rounded and enjoyable retreat for everyone.

The enthusiasm and team spirit displayed by all participants truly made this retreat a memorable and impactful experience. It not only brought colleagues closer together but also reinforced the company’s core values in driving shared success.
